1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and BajiBet ("BajiBet", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing bajibet.link, registering an account or placing a bet on the BajiBet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BajiBet platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by BajiBet, including but not limited to live casino games, online slots, poker, fishing games, sports betting, cricket betting and any promotional offers made available to registered members.

2. Eligibility
To register and use BajiBet you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age. BajiBet does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. Age verification will be requested during the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited.
Geographic Eligibility
BajiBet's services are offered to players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing BajiBet is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. BajiBet does not accept liability for any regulatory issues arising from your use of the platform.
Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person or using someone else's identity or payment credentials, your account will be permanently terminated.
Self-Exclusion Status
You must not currently be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have a voluntary ban in place from BajiBet. If you have previously self-excluded and wish to return, contact support through the proper reactivation process before attempting to register a new account.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold only one BajiBet account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or another person's — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts associated with you and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration you will be required to provide accurate and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number and preferred payment method details. BajiBet reserves the right to request documentary proof of this information at any time through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
KYC documents typically include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and verification of your payment method. BajiBet will request these documents before processing your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain activity thresholds — whichever comes first.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate account closure. Any funds deposited from unverifiable or fraudulent payment sources will be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BajiBet login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. BajiBet will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via support@bajibet.link.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All transactions on BajiBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BajiBet accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

BajiBet charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you have specifically requested a change and that change has been approved by our payments team. BajiBet reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
If a withdrawal is requested and the associated account has not completed KYC verification, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until all required documents are submitted and approved. BajiBet is not liable for delays caused by the player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.
Important: Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. Such deposits will be returned and your BajiBet account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins
BajiBet regularly offers bonuses, deposit matches, free spins and promotional credits to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses at BajiBet are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. One Bonus at a Time
You may only hold one active bonus at a time on your BajiBet account. Accepting a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of either the existing or new bonus, depending on the offer's specific terms.
Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, poker and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is detailed in the individual offer terms at BajiBet.
Expiry of Bonuses
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
Abuse and Misuse
BajiBet monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or exploitation of offer loopholes. BajiBet reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and related winnings from any account found to be engaged in such activity.
6. Gameplay, Betting Rules & Technical Issues
BajiBet offers a range of gaming products including live casino, online slots, poker, fishing games, sports betting and cricket betting. All games are provided by licensed third-party providers and are governed by the rules of the respective game alongside these general Terms.
In the event of a disconnection or technical error during gameplay, BajiBet will use game provider logs and server records to determine the outcome of any affected round. If a round cannot be determined from available records, any wager placed on that round will be returned to the player's balance at BajiBet's discretion.
BajiBet reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that has resulted from a technical malfunction, human error in the publication of odds, or an exploit in the game software. Funds credited in error are not the player's property and must be returned. BajiBet will deduct erroneously credited amounts from a player's balance without prior notice.
Cricket betting markets at BajiBet are settled based on official match results from recognised sporting authorities. BajiBet follows standard market suspension and settlement rules applicable to in-play markets. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 14 days of the event.
7. Responsible Gaming
BajiBet is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not as a legal checkbox but as a core operating principle. We want gaming to be an enjoyable leisure activity for our players, not a source of financial stress or harm.
BajiBet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members at no cost:

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BajiBet platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may result in legal action where applicable:
- Creating more than one BajiBet account per person
- Using another person's identity, payment credentials or documentation
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker
- Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with BajiBet games or betting markets
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain
- Attempting to launder funds through the BajiBet platform
- Placing bets on behalf of other individuals (acting as an agent)
- Threatening, abusing or harassing BajiBet staff or other players via any communication channel
- Accessing BajiBet from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law
- Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC or support correspondence
Note: BajiBet uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited behaviour. Investigation outcomes are final and binding. Players found in breach of this section have no recourse to bonus funds or disputed winnings.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the BajiBet platform — including but not limited to the BajiBet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software and promotional material — is owned by or licensed to BajiBet and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or otherwise exploit any BajiBet content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended purpose of gaming and entertainment is permitted under these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
BajiBet provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BajiBet makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform.
BajiBet will not be liable for any loss of winnings, profits, data or business arising from: scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime; third-party provider outages affecting live casino or slot games; internet connectivity issues on your side; actions taken by BajiBet in accordance with these Terms including account suspension for policy violations.
BajiBet's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to your BajiBet account in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.
